Canada Day Celebrations at the

Senior Lodges

Everyone in the community should be able to enjoy the Community Canada Day Celebration, but many in the Senior Lodges are unable to travel downtown. To rectify this, Government, RCMP, Fire Department and Canada Day Committee representatives take Canadian flags and pins, along with a Canada Day cake and take the Celebration to them.  The residents, along with family and friends enjoy tea and cake plus activities the Lodge provides.
